O PREFEITO DE UNI\u00c3O DOS PALMARES, ALAGOAS,<\/strong> no uso da atribui\u00e7\u00e3o que lhe confere a Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal;<\/p>\n\n\n\n CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> as diretrizes dispostas no art. 5\u00ba da Portaria SEDUC n\u00ba 3.726\/2023, que estabelece os crit\u00e9rios de ades\u00e3o, formas de transfer\u00eancia e execu\u00e7\u00e3o, acompanhamento e presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas da Gest\u00e3o Integrada do Transporte Escolar – GEITE, e fixa atribui\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 gest\u00e3o municipal;<\/p>\n\n\n\n CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de oferecer transporte escolar de qualidade aos alunos do ensino fundamental, m\u00e9dio e da EJA, residentes em \u00e1reas rurais ou urbanas, para a escola p\u00fablica mais pr\u00f3xima de sua resid\u00eancia, como garantia de acesso \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o e de perman\u00eancia no processo de escolariza\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 a sua conclus\u00e3o;<\/p>\n\n\n\n RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>Designar MARIA VALKIRIA PIMENTEL AMARAL, <\/strong>CPF n\u00ba 282.948.074-00, servidora da Secretaria Municipal de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, ao cargo de Gestora Municipal da Gest\u00e3o Integrada do Transporte Escolar – GEITE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>Esta portaria entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares, 5 de fevereiro de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n JOS\u00c9 IRAN MENEZES DA SILVA J\u00daNIOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Prefeito<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" DISP\u00d5E SOBRE DESIGNA\u00c7\u00c3O DA GESTORA MUNICIPAL DO PROGRAMA GEST\u00c3O INTEGRADA DO TRANSPORTE ESCOLAR.
