O<\/strong> PREFEITO DE UNI\u00c3O DOS PALMARES, ALAGOAS, <\/strong>no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe s\u00e3o conferidas no art. 34 da Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, faz saber que a C\u00e2mara Municipal decretou e eu sanciono a seguinte lei:<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> Fica nomeada de Rua Paulo Ferreira Pino a art\u00e9ria ao lado do Autoposto VIP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> O trecho supracitado est\u00e1 localizado no bairro popularmente conhecido por Castello Branco, neste Munic\u00edpio de Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares, sendo uma das travessas da Rua Juvenal Mendon\u00e7a, em espec\u00edfico ao lado do Autoposto VIP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> A denomina\u00e7\u00e3o de Rua Paulo Ferreira Pino visa regularizar a art\u00e9ria, que \u00e9 atualmente uma travessa, e garantir que os moradores da localidade possam receber correspond\u00eancias e documentos entregues pelos Correios, uma vez que a falta de nome da rua impede o correto envio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> O Poder Executivo Municipal regulamentar\u00e1 a presente lei, tomando as provid\u00eancias necess\u00e1rias para a sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e cadastro da rua junto aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Art. 5\u00ba <\/strong>Esta lei entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares, 6 de maio de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n JOS\u00c9 IRAN MENEZES DA SILVA JUNIOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Prefeito<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" DENOMINA RUA PAULO FERREIRA PINO A ART\u00c9RIA AO LADO DO AUTOPOSTO VIP, UMA TRAVESSA DA RUA JUVENAL MENDON\u00c7A, LOCALIZADA NO MUNIC\u00cdPIO DE UNI\u00c3O DOS PALMARES.
