{"id":4029,"date":"2025-05-27T12:10:00","date_gmt":"2025-05-27T15:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.diariomunicipal-al.com.br\/uniao\/?p=4029"},"modified":"2025-06-26T09:12:38","modified_gmt":"2025-06-26T12:12:38","slug":"decreto-no-038-de-27-de-maio-de-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.diariomunicipal-al.com.br\/uniao\/decreto-no-038-de-27-de-maio-de-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"DECRETO N\u00ba 038, DE 27 DE MAIO DE 2025."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>CONVOCA A 14\u00aa CONFER\u00caNCIA MUNICIPAL DE ASSIST\u00caNCIA SOCIAL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O PREFEITO DE UNI\u00c3O DOS PALMARES, ALAGOAS,<\/strong> no uso da atribui\u00e7\u00e3o que lhe confere a Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal, juntamente com a Secret\u00e1ria Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social e o Presidente do Conselho Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>o disposto na Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.742\/1993 &#8211; Lei Org\u00e2nica da Assist\u00eancia Social, bem como na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CNAS\/MDS n\u00ba 174\/2024;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>, ainda, o disposto no art. 2, XI, da Lei Municipal n\u00ba 841\/1995, que instituiu o Conselho Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social e o Fundo Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social de Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DECRETA:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>Fica convocada a 14\u00aa Confer\u00eancia Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social de Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares, tendo como tema central: <strong>20 ANOS DO SUAS: CONSTRU\u00c7\u00c3O, PROTE\u00c7\u00c3O SOCIAL E RESIST\u00caNCIA, <\/strong>abordando, conforme definido em resolu\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Nacional de Assist\u00eancia Social &#8211; CNAS, os seguintes eixos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>FINANCIAMENTO;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CONTROLE SOCIAL;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ARTICULA\u00c7\u00c3O ENTRE OS SEGMENTOS;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SERVI\u00c7OS, PROGRAMAS E PROJETOS;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>BENEF\u00cdCIO E TRANSFER\u00caNCIA DE RENDA.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art.<\/strong> <strong>2\u00ba <\/strong>A 14\u00aa Confer\u00eancia Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social realizar-se-\u00e1 nos dias 1 e 2 de julho de 2025, no formato presencial em Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares, Alagoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>As despesas decorrentes da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o deste decreto correr\u00e3o por conta de dota\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria do or\u00e7amento da Secretaria Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art. 4\u00ba <\/strong>Este decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares, 27 de maio de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JOS\u00c9 IRAN MENEZES DA SILVA JUNIOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prefeito<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ALANE CABRAL MENEZES DE OLIVEIRA&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Secret\u00e1ria Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BARNABEL BEZERRA DA SILVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presidente do Conselho Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CONVOCA A 14\u00aa CONFER\u00caNCIA MUNICIPAL DE ASSIST\u00caNCIA SOCIAL.
