{"id":4142,"date":"2025-05-27T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-05-27T15:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.diariomunicipal-al.com.br\/uniao\/?p=4142"},"modified":"2025-07-15T08:59:14","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T11:59:14","slug":"decreto-no-037-de-26-de-maio-de-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.diariomunicipal-al.com.br\/uniao\/decreto-no-037-de-26-de-maio-de-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"DECRETO N\u00ba 037, DE 26 DE MAIO DE 2025."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>CONVOCA A 4\u00aa CONFER\u00caNCIA MUNICIPAL DOS DIREITOS DA PESSOA IDOSA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>O PREFEITO DE UNI\u00c3O DOS PALMARES, ALAGOAS,<\/strong> no uso da atribui\u00e7\u00e3o que lhe confere a Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal e a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, juntamente com a Secret\u00e1ria Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social e o Presidente do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Pessoa Idosa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>DECRETA:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>Fica convocada a 4\u00aa Confer\u00eancia Municipal dos Direitos da Pessoa Idosa, tendo como tema central: <strong>ENVELHECIMENTO MULTICULTURAL E DEMOCRACIA: URG\u00caNCIA POR EQUIDADE, DIREITOS E PARTICIPA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><strong><em>,<\/em><\/strong> abordando os seguintes eixos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>FINANCIAMENTO DAS POL\u00cdTICAS P\u00daBLICAS;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FORTALECIMENTO DAS POL\u00cdTICAS;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PROTE\u00c7\u00c3O E ENFRENTAMENTO;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PARTICIPA\u00c7\u00c3O SOCIAL, PROTAGONISMO E VIDA COMUNIT\u00c1RIA;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CONSOLIDA\u00c7\u00c3O E FORTALECIMENTO.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art.<\/strong> <strong>2\u00ba <\/strong>A 4\u00aa Confer\u00eancia Municipal dos Direitos da Pessoa Idosa realizar-se-\u00e1 em 17 de julho de 2025, das 8h \u00e0s 16h, no formato presencial, em Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares, Alagoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>As despesas decorrentes da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o deste decreto correr\u00e3o por conta de dota\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria do or\u00e7amento da Secretaria Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Art. 4\u00ba <\/strong>Este decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares, 26 de maio de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>JOS\u00c9 IRAN MENEZES DA SILVA JUNIOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prefeito<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CONVOCA A 4\u00aa CONFER\u00caNCIA MUNICIPAL DOS DIREITOS DA PESSOA IDOSA.
