NOMEIA OS MEMBROS DO COMIT\u00ca GESTOR DA ESCUTA ESPECIALIZADA E DEPOIMENTO ESPECIAL DE UNI\u00c3O DOS PALMARES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O PREFEITO DE UNI\u00c3O DOS PALMARES, ALAGOAS,<\/strong> no uso da atribui\u00e7\u00e3o que lhe confere a Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>as diretrizes e atribui\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas pela Lei Federal n\u00ba 8.069\/1990 – Estatuto da Crian\u00e7a e do Adolescente, Lei Federal n\u00ba 13.431\/2017, que disp\u00f5e sobre a promo\u00e7\u00e3o do atendimento protegido e especializado para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de den\u00fancias, e o Decreto Municipal n\u00ba 080\/2025;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>Nomear os integrantes do Comit\u00ea Gestor da Escuta Especializada e Depoimento Especial do Munic\u00edpio de Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares, Alagoas, passando a ser constitu\u00eddo, a partir desta data, pelos seguintes membros:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
