O PREFEITO DE UNI\u00c3O DOS PALMARES, ALAGOAS,<\/strong> no uso das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es que lhe confere a Lei Org\u00e2nica Municipal;<\/p>\n\n\n\n CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>o disposto na Lei Municipal n\u00ba 1.635, de 18 de junho de 2025, que disp\u00f5e sobre o Programa Municipal de Parcerias P\u00fablico-Privadas e Concess\u00f5es de Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares;<\/p>\n\n\n\n CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>o disposto no Decreto n\u00ba 051, de 29 de julho de 2025, que instituiu e nomeou o Conselho Gestor do Programa Municipal de Parcerias P\u00fablico-Privadas e Concess\u00f5es de Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares (CG\/PMPPP\/UP) e as recentes altera\u00e7\u00f5es nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os que o comp\u00f5em;<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n DECRETA:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> Fica alterada a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do Conselho Gestor do Programa Municipal de Parcerias P\u00fablico-Privadas e Concess\u00f5es de Uni\u00e3o Dos Palmares (CG\/PMPPP\/UP), nos termos da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o vigente, pela substitui\u00e7\u00e3o do titular da SECRETARIA MUNICIPAL DE IND\u00daSTRIA E COM\u00c9RCIO, passando a ser o Sr. ANDERSON MATEUS VENTURA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Art.<\/strong> 2\u00ba <\/strong>Ficam mantidas as demais disposi\u00e7\u00f5es do Decreto n\u00ba 051\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> Este decreto entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogadas as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Uni\u00e3o dos Palmares, Alagoas, 24 de fevereiro de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n JOS\u00c9 IRAN MENEZES DA SILVA JUNIOR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Prefeito<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" ALTERA A COMPOSI\u00c7\u00c3O DO CONSELHO GESTOR DO PROGRAMA MUNICIPAL DE PARCERIAS P\u00daBLICO-PRIVADAS E CONCESS\u00d5ES DE UNI\u00c3O DOS PALMARES (CG\/PMPPP\/UP).
